[ Jack absconds video this time, knowing that the physical symptoms of bruising and gauntness have only progressed, cursing his luck that it seems determined to stay in visible places and afraid that some people will be able to recognize it for what it is. Text is also out, his hands too knobbed and swollen to consider the console's keys even if he had the patience for it, the tips of his fingers developing faint rings of black. ]

I'm going to be a little scarce for the next few days, around town and for messages. I'm taking a few days off for some R&R! Something like that, anyway.

Doctor Natu, I'm sorry but I won't be able to bring you this week's delivery for the clinic. I should be able to do next week though?
