So, anyone know where life's volume dial is? I need it to seriously get cranked down. I'm totally cool with noise, heavy beats and stuff but yikes not normal noises.

[Kon is looking incredibly uncomfortable, for more reasons than what has happened recently. Seriously, can he not catch a break. His face scrunches slightly and he rubs at his right ear.]

Plus side is, totally found my specs from back home. [He holds up his red visor and grins.]

Life can majorly suck. Then you wake up on a giant turtle. It's not long before I start to wonder, is it me? [ And then Scott McCall also wakes up here so, he can breathe a sigh of relief.

Uh. He -- would. Say something and also do that. Maybe. Once. I mean - what? ]

Yeah no kiddin'. Life got even suckier on a load of levels as soon as I got here. Lots of random weird crap. Some was okay though, y'know?

[He might even pass them over for a shot. You know, to be a bro.]

Life got worse? Sorry, man. Any signs of it getting better any time soon, or are we all just hopeless? [ He's not asking seriously. Because, somehow, he knows when there's a Scott McCall in the world, things aren't hopeless. How sappy is that? Read: very sappy. ]

[Aw wow, totally sappy and very sad. But then...Isaac is like a lost puppy, right?]

Ups and downs. You meet some awesome people here and you do have fun. I've just been super slammed lately so looking for my break soon.

[ Scott McCall is an actual puppy. Isaac is his lost stray puppy friend he took in. ]

Can I ask how you were slammed? [ A beat. ] And add that I didn't mean that sexually?

[Well yeah. That's a better, more accurate, description.

He snorts and shakes his head.]

Found out stuff, went to that horrible cold place on the other turtle. Other stuff like losing my powers and getting arrested.

[There's a quick shrug.]

[ Just as pathetic, though! ]

Found out future stuff? [ He gets that. He's keeping that back for people right now. Mostly just for Stiles. ] The death arch? [ If he never sees that place again, it won't be soon enough. ] A friend didn't wait for Scott and me and we had to go in after him. [ He's not talking about how that was. ] You lead an exciting life. The most exciting thing that's happened to me is a girl named Eve made me clothes out of rocks.

Yeah. Kinda hard not to though when everyone's from my future. But...yeah heavy stuff. [Even remembering that place makes him feel cold and empty inside. He nods, not really wanting to remember it. That had to be the worst thing to have happened so far.]

Rocks? That's pretty cool though! And I have been here for forever.

Scott and I are farther than Stiles. That's Scott's best friend. And my - associate. [ That's how Clara had put it. ] We're in class together. He's the one we had to get back. [ And regarding the rocks. ] It was pretty cool. And it all fit really well. [ Looked great, too. ]

[That's gotta suck, knowing things and having to keep quiet about them. He never really thought it would have been that hard. He was always mad at being so far behind people.]

Think I spoke to Stiles before. Seems like a cool guy. Pretty sweet that you got here with some of your friends though!

[ It does. Kind of. It doesn't affect him that much. Stiles stopped asking. ]

Stiles was here longer but Scott and I got here on the same day. [ He's not commenting on Stiles' being a cool guy. He's annoying. Useful in a crisis, though. Not useless in general. But, not a favorite. ]

[Kon...didn't even bother to ask. He was just angry and then saw some future stuff and got furious. Fun times all around!

That's still pretty cool. One of my friends got here a few months ago. Had loads of adults from home here before any other teens I knew showed up. You got lucky.

[ The most fun times. Not that harsh! ]

Is anyone here "lucky?" Did you hear about the war we're all supposed to be fighting? What's that about?

Some people are. Some people had died back where they came from. I guess it's a second chance if you look at it like that.

[Kon huffs and blows the low hanging curl out of his eyes.]

Some evil entity is trying to kill Asti like he did with all the other turtles. Apparently they need our help to get rid of it or stop it. But you know, only when it's convenient to them.

It's real though, he sent out that message before. Just...don't say his name.

People get second chances here if they die?

[ Erica could end up here? Or Boyd? It's weird how suddenly he wishes other people will join him. Scott's great and Stiles is Stiles but if Erica or Boyd can get a second chance... ]

What message? [ He missed a message? He got on Stiles for missing the message. ] I saw the ones about not saying his name but not -- why.

Well if they died back home and show up here, they're alive.

[Kon frowns a little.]

The Big Bad made a voice post to the network a few days ago. He's in the city somewhere. His name calls him basically. Like Beetlejuice. It's like an invitation to come onto Asti. Those idiots that said his name completely ignored the warnings. So if anything happens, it's their fault.

[He seems a little angry, but only because he spoke to Asti and likes him.]

So, that can happen.

[ That's... not encouraging. ]

What did he say?

That there's always a sacrifice when summoned here and if we wonder what it is we're missing. He mentioned the eggs as well. Not much, just being a mega creep-a-zoid.

He said we're missing something? [ He saw stuff about the eggs, didn't care. ] Thanks. Missed all that.

Yeah. Said the kedan are damaged. But I got no clue what it is I'm missing.

So, no worries.

The bad guys tend to lie. [ So do the good guys, for that matter. ] He's probably twisting the information.

I dunno, the Emperor isn't exactly helping the case either by denying it or confirming it. In fact, she doesn't do much, really closed off and would rather you didn't ask anything.

So, what's the catch.

[ He's not asking Kon. It's more, thinking to himself. He has a lot to talk to Scott and sure, Stiles about. ]
