02 ♥ Video
[Lydia turns on the feed looking nothing but business. Her hair and make up are done and she is holding a notebook and pen as if prepared to take notes.]
Okay.
I've had enough of sitting around, feeling sad, and dealing with everyone's teen-slash-young adult interpersonal drama. Somehow, I've ended up the girl everyone goes and cries to in my friend group. Definitely never asked for that.
So time for a job. Stark and Wayne are the big employers on the turtle, of course, but I need just a little more information before applying [Actually Erica told her about both Wayne and Stark but... who needs to bring up those who have left?]
Since I haven't seen any recruiters hopping about, I need a representative from Wayne and Stark to come and report their current projects, hours, competitive rates of pay, benefits including but not limited: paid vacation, 401K benefits, sick days, dental, and yearly bonuses.
As for my resume, I'll let my 5.0 GPA and graduate level Calculus speak for itself. Just drop me an equation. Or for chemistry, give me access to a lab and I'll show you what I can do.
[She taps her pencil against the console and then sighs.]
On top of a job, I need some recommendations for something to do around here. When your hobby is shopping and you have extremely limited funds, shopping ends up being much less fun than it used to be. So if anyone wants to come over and teach me knitting, I won't say no. Oh, the doors that boredom will open.

video;
I've learned to never get between a girl and what she wants. One moment.
[Doop doop he sends her an (encrypted/unhackable) package with the data she requested, because that's a novel approach and he kind of likes novel.]

[Her eyes move left to right as she reads the over the document and information.]
Tell me more about your Company, Mr. Wayne.

[Rather than just tl;dring about everything, might as well save both their time and be specific.]

You could call it a passion. So any sort of engineering or scientific research would work. I could help out in any sort of chemical lab. Sixteen year olds doing pharmacy may sound like a liability but I'd like to think the situation is unusual enough where we can let that slide.

Thank you for your consideration, Mr. Wayne.

[He tilts his head, curious.]
You'll forgive my saying, but you know Stiles, correct?
sorry for the lateness.
I know him. Please don't tell me he tried to break into your lab.

[He manages to sound the faintest bit alarmed at this new tidbit of information.]
