[Today, anyone who cares to turn on their radio will find the following transmission being broadcast on several frequencies. At the end of the sequence there is a few seconds' pause, followed by the same sequence again. This seems to go on all day.]

Communicating in code, without any reliable proof anyone who would understand the code will hear it, is a last act of desperation. Whoever's broadcasting the original message won't be receiving any replies.

Language isn't much of a barrier in this world. We speak a myriad of different languages, and we have no trouble understanding each other. Did you translate the original message?
