People acted so strange when I came back that I started to wonder if I was some kind of freak, honestly.

There's probably been several landfalls since you were here. We picked up a group of reptilian aliens at one. Well, aliens probably isn't the right word, but yeah. They all got off on the last landfall near the empty city. Weren't fond of the cold.

They rebuilt the palace into a college and foreigner residential area.

Oh. [ :/ ] Anton is gone. The Hotel isn't magical anymore, and it's being run by a man named Klaus.
