[Pepper is sitting at her desk, arms crossed in front of her, datebook sitting open in front of her, and coffee sitting steaming and nearby. She looks very serious as she addresses the camera.]

Good afternoon, as some of you may know, my name is Pepper Potts. I've been doing some talking with several other ... transplants. Miss Carter informed me that there had been talk of a welcoming committee, but as of yet there has been no move to assemble such a party. As such I would like to take it upon myself to do so. This committee is entirely voluntary however. If you have no desire to join said committee then please don't comment here. If, however, you have a friendly demeanor and are good at explaining confusing and seemingly unbelievable situations to people who may or may not be confusing to you, please submit your interest to this message.

[She takes a moment to offer a soft smile to the camera before turning off the feed.]

My name's Andrew. I'm used to people coming to me when they need help or advice. I figure that suits me to doing this.

How do you intend to arrange for this to work? Will it be organized in some way?

At present I think that it would be best to pair up the children with an adult until we're certain that they're capable of handling things on their own. We'll have to sort of those that can handle the ... tough cases. Before any or that though I'll need to know everyone's strengths and weaknesses.

That sounds reasonable. I was paired to work with a childlike mind, where I came from, if that helps. An AI that had issues with fearfulness.

It seems that some of the children might be offended. I'll have to work on a PowerPoint presentation for orientation instead.

I don't see a problem with that. Though I do reserve the right not to answer a given question if I feel like it's too invasive.

Not at all. The committee is entirely my own.

Oh, okay. I had the impression the two things were related, when you brought it up.

No. I just tend to multitask.
