[The office is the same, but for the sheets of paper being filed away and a variety of weapons laid out. Evandau's in the process of cleaning and sharpening his sword and an array of knives utilised to defend the Ironwood Emperor during the break-in at the Palace of Landed Sky. My officers are dealing with the last pockets of resistance, but looks like we weathered the storm and things are back under control. On those grounds, I have a few points to raise.
First, the authorities bestowed on you Foreigners in my previous announcement are now rescinded. You did a good job, but now it's up to the police to handle it.
Second, Lieuen's the one with your juulan. He'll be paying up in a week, but if he's slow at it, talk to him and not me.
Third, I'm enacting a standing curfew for the city of Keeliai, from sunset to sunrise, to discourage a re-igniting of this mess. Anyone caught on, under, or above the streets after the shell starts glowing will be apprehended and held on suspicion of gang involvement, no exceptions. This curfew is in effect until further notice. [He's got a city holding an array of escaped prisoners and doesn't need anyone getting in the way of tracking and arresting them, sorry.]
