[He goes to pour her a tumbler of water from the jug he had in the fridge. A fridge! It was an amazing thing! He hands it over to her and then wipes his hands.]

Okay, first we gotta wash the fish and descale it. We can cook it with the noodles or roast it over a fire, but if it's getting roasted it needs to be done before the noodles cause they take no time at all. Broth is pretty easy, soak the seaweed and add spices.

[He then went to the kitchen and got out two wooden bowls and a few pans out. Basic stuff and that's what he knew what to work with. Two spoons and all the seasoning's they'd need. He filled a pan with water and put the dried seaweed in. Probably would have been easier to get fresher stuff.]

Okay so, full fish or want it in chunks? In broth or on the side?
