[Despite having been taught how to use the computers and the seeming necessity of doing so, Hans hadn't been quick to make his entrance. He's been observing, trying to get an idea of the sort of people he'll come across here, it's a while before he's entirely ready to begin playing along.

A bright, smiling face will appear on the feed, he's pretty delighted that he's learned how to work the contraption with such ease. He seems a little unsure of how to start, whether he should introduce himself or head straight into the issues here. Instead, he opts for small talk.]

It was very nice of the people here to teach us how to use these, we don't have anything like it where I'm from. [He gives a soft laugh.] I thought I should take the time to introduce myself. I am Prince Hans of the Southern Isles, but since they aren't here... [He trails off, looking just a bit concerned by that.] Hans, will do.

I haven't been here long, so any information you can provide would be most appreciated..And in turn, if there is any way in which I can assist you, please do not hesitate to let me know. [He can't help bowing his head a little at the computer. He's not really sure if you're meant to bow at them. Royalty could be watching, it seems a safe bet.]

I can see that now. [He gives her a small smile.] It's nice to meet you, Rapunzel, and that's a lovely name by the way.

Oh, thank you. [Her cheeks turn a light shade of pink. It wasn't often her name was given compliments.]

Is there anything you'd like to know about things here? I could try and answer any questions you might have.

You're welcome! [He smiles wider. He's certainly noticed her hair, but he feels it might be something to point out once they've talked more.]

Everyone so far has been very helpful. I'm almost starting to wonder if I should ask what you think I should know.

What I think you should know? [She stops and thinks for a long while. There was so much to tell new people, but where should she start?]

Well, I really think it's important to know about the Kedan and how we can interact nicely with them. Have you met any yet?

I don't think I've had a chance to meet many of them, no. Is there a special way of treating them or should I greet them as I would with anyone?

I just think that's important that we remember that this was their home first. And that while we didn't ask to be here, we're guests. I mean, I hope it's a natural response for everyone, but I think we should treat them all with respect for letting us live here beside them.

That's perfectly understandable, though I don't doubt that it doesn't come so easily for others, particularly in such an overwhelming situation. [He nods along as he talks before stopping himself for another question.] Do they take well to strangers? I suppose it varies, doesn't it?

It does. There are some who don't seem to mind us at all, treat us like we've always been here. Others are kind of...indifferent?

I haven't met any that are openly hostile or anything bad like that, though.

That's good to hear, then. It's very generous of them to share their homeland so willingly, though I suppose we are here to fight for them, aren't we? [It's said with an egde of uncertainty, as if he's not quite sure that's true.]

Yes...well, that's the idea anyway. I'm still not sure how that will happen.
