I suppose it is. I'd offer to trade but I can almost guarantee it would lead to some sort of city-wide mass transit emergency, and let's face it, no one wants that.

And as for your original question, I don't know of any magic in my own world that can replicate chemicals like that. Best I could do for you would be to water it down--or pull the water out of it. Neither of which sounds particularly helpful, I imagine.
