Some. Not often from different worlds, but... I can sense and manipulate mana. That's a function of my world, true, but most magic seems to move mana, no matter the origin. At the very least, I'll be able to specify where and how strong the flow of magic is, and I can reduce mine to its raw form with a minimum of risk.
