Things in medicine can change with a snap of the fingers. A patient might be fine and dandy one second, and the next be on the floor, having a seizure, and frothing at the mouth.

[Or seem drunk and end up having a brain bleed...]

There's things I'm not trained to take care of, but the nature of the job is being able to get the help that's needed and preserve life the best you can.
