I'm afraid this is the case. I would like to maintain Mr Shudder's prior policy in keeping the hotel a neutral ground, though the lack of wards will make things a bit trickier to enforce.

The building itself is structurally sound, save for a few minor repairs. It's mostly dusty and... very lacking in furniture.

The latter two can be dealt with easily enough, but I would request your expertise with the repairs.
