China Sorrows might be able to teach you sigils, but you'd have to deal with her perma-magic, which is doable but takes a while to get used to. She's… a lot to take in, and that's putting it mildly. You have to be seriously careful around her. [They were nearly friends, or something like it, and Pepper was still very, very careful.]
Bakura has been able to teach a few other people, but I think I'm the only one he's taught who didn't have some kind of magic in the first place, and I can only do it because I found something that let me. I don't know about anyone else who's taught people that's still here, but now that you've put out a call you might get some more volunteers.
