[handset | video] one love, one life (backdated to 3/5 or so)
[The video flips on to show Erskine, gorgeous as always, and actually not looking dog-tired for once! In fact, he's smiling. This is possibly the happiest Erskine has looked on the network while sober.
...which probably has to do with the attractive redhead hovering in the background. Those who've seen Erskine's echo stone will recognize Hopeless. Those who haven't might recognize the man Erskine's been attached at the hip to for the last couple of weeks.]
Right, hello everyone. So, Hopeless had a question--
[The redhead in the background scoffs gently.]
Alright, we had a question. How old are all you Foreigners out there? We're interested in age demographics. You can be vague if you like, and you don't have to answer of course.
And in the spirit of sharing, I... missed my last birthday. It was in February. Which I suppose makes me 409 now.

[Because the way he says it makes it sound like he wasn't very.]

[ Aware enough to have been mentally dealing with Zorc for centuries on end... ]
Why don't you ask what it is you really want to know?
no subject
Oh, that would take a while. I'm comparing psychological differences between short-lived and long-lived Foreigners. But while some Foreigners seem to be long-lived naturally, some might be long-lived due to matters beyond their control. That makes it difficult to build a controlled sample.

Then I'd say my result would badly skew the others.
[ For age? For psychological profiles? Both. ]
But no, I would not have lived this long without other influence.
[ and then, amused: ]
Actually were I home, I'd be considered middle-aged by this point. Isn't that a frightening thought...

[It sounds like half a joke, half a genuine question. Bakura could be referring to either his world, or his old time; it's hard to tell.]

[ Not worth getting into the whole unable to because I'm dead bit. His response answers both, whichever Hopeless wishes to apply it to. ]
In any case, good luck with your data collection.
