"Bingo," Jack tells her, and the wink he gives says nothing so much as 'I knew you could do it'. He's pretty much relaxed again for all appearances, any concern over possible prognoses gone. "More of a series of tunnels, really, but you've got the idea. You wanna skip around and avoid the slow way? Whatever you use, you're gonna go through it."

It was kind of strange, he guessed. The stuff you just started taking for granted. The people here were voracious when it came to information though. That was fine with him, he didn't mind an audience.
