I would be surprised and displeased indeed if the Emperor's severe hand were to come down on people interested only in their self-defense. I have no intent to organize a militia of any kind. I am merely providing education.

There is space suitable to such instruction outside of my suite. I suspect the Emperor might not mind overmuch my humble efforts.
