Hey, it's Yuri. Soooo... things are kinda boring around here lately.

Back home I belong to this guild, Brave Vesperia. We do jobs for people to help them out, for a price of course. It can be just about anything. ... So yeah, I'm planning to start it up here too.. If anyone is interested in joining, or needs something, just give a shout out I guess.

[Pepper is still trying to find something useful to do, and this sounds like a job offer just fell into her lap. She's probably in way over her head, but she's got power armor and an insatiable drive to make a difference.]

Uh, hi, I'm Pepper. I just got here and I really could use a job. I've never actually had a job before, though, so I don't know how this works.

No problem, this isn't exactly your ordinary kind of job anyway.

But you're probably going to get your hands dirty, and there's a few rules. Think you can handle that?

Rules I can do. [Unless the rules prevent her from enforcing other rules, e.g. every time she tried to arrest someone despite clearly not having any such authority to do so. Details.]

It depends on what you mean by 'getting your hands dirty,' though. [Not that she's a stranger to that, either. Breaking into buildings and hacking FBI databases was distinctly not legal, which she conveniently ignored.] I won't do anything that hurts people. [Innocent people, at least.]

Dirty as in dirt. You know, physical labor kind of stuff.

[What are you trying to imply here Pepper? That they're gonna go out and kill people? Nobody here would do that. Certainly not Yuri, nope.]

Sounds like this is right up your alley then. The point is to help people.

Well, I'm totally in for helping people. I've... never actually done the whole 'hands in the dirt' thing. I lived in a city all my life.

You must have it pretty good if you've never had to actually get dirty. But don't sweat it, not everything has to do with dirt.

I didn't say I haven't gotten dirty. I've had hazmat foam up my nose. There's just not a lot of dirt you'd want to put you hands into in New York City. It's full of chemicals, ugh.

I'm... interested though. You said there were rules?

Yeah I'm not going to pretend to know what hazmat foam is. I'll just take your word for it.

They're pretty simple.

Number One: Everybody supporting one another, and always acting with the interest of the guild in mind.

Number Two: Striving to always do the right thing, while punishing those who don't.

Number Three: All for the guild, and the guild for all. Do justice, and punish the unjust.

And above all, always fight for love, justice, and sexuality.

You lost me a little on that last one. Not that I'm against it, or anything, it's just... not your average 'guild rule', at least not where I come from.

[Of course, where Pepper comes from, guilds only exist online or on tabletops and fantasy is just that - fantasy.]

All up, though, Yuri's rules sound pretty similar to what Team Iron Man did even if they hadn't codified it.]
