[Molly is, as ever, a good ways back from her console. Better safe than sorry, right? Today she looks -- solemn would be a good way of putting it. Certainly, she is still rocking the vaguely goth look she's got going, big clunky boots and jeans and a slightly tattered t-shirt. Her hair is now blue, instead of the fading purple it had been a few weeks back. (Appropriate, she thinks, when she sees herself in the mirror now.)

In any case, once she speaks, it's obvious there's something on her mind, though she's not about to tell just anyone what it is.]

They say the Emperor can show you your future. They're not lying. [She takes a deep breath and looks down for a moment, then continues, a little firmer, obviously trying to change the subject now.]

So this whole 'landfall' thing. What's that about? Do we all get to have drinks and hang out at a fancy hotel not on turtleback, or something? Because I sure could use a drink, I think.

[A moment's pause, but this next bit is LOCKED to Bucky Barnes]

We should ....I need someone to-- [There's a soft annoyed huff.] ...I could use a friend, I mean. Come over?

[Bucky only answers via the console so that Molly doesn't worry or wonder while he makes his way there, since the bikes are more costly now and it may take him a while to either get one or make his way to Molly's suite by bicycle.]

[And then he does. With his weekly allotment of chocolate, too, because reasons. Knocking at the door.]

[She opens the door at the knock, then -- looking much the same as she did in her post. A little tired, somewhat scared, mostly serious.]

Hi. I'm glad you came.

[He comes in, a small, reassuring smile on his face, and reaches over to squeeze her hand, lightly.]

Of course I'd come.

[She doesn't drop his hand, just reaches around behind him to shut the door, and tugs him towards a nearby window seat. She still moves with that same vague sense of purpose she's always had, but now it's more cautious than it ever has been, like she's holding a weapon about to go off.]

Come on and sit. I'll try and figure out how to explain this to you.

[Bucky... considers for half a moment. Then does sit - and tug her in his lap. Because.]

You don't have to go straight for it, unless you wanna, you know that, right?

Geez. I don't know if I'd be able to ask about my future if I... actually thought I had one. Even if it was good, y'know...

Anyway, uh... landfall wasn't that great last time. It was all deserted, like a desert. Lots of abandoned cities, some monsters... Not the best vacation spot. Sorry.

Yeah, I get that. I just... I don't know. If it's bad, then you can't change it, and if it's good, you don't even know if you'll ever get there. And if we really are clones, then it's not our future at all, it's someone else's who's a lot like us. I think it'd drive me crazy wondering about it.

Last time we didn't get passports, so maybe it will be nicer here.
