Well, well. I do declare that this has to be the strangest place I’ve ever been shipped off to. You know…if I was used to getting transported to other dimensions. But a giant turtle. Can’t say you weren’t going for originality.

[The smile is starting to crack even more along the edges, showing just how annoyed she is with all of this. She woke up with no powers, no crashed Watchtower for her to dance over, and is just generally not in the best of moods.] Now we’re here for something and the blue man crew who gave me the little tour weren’t all that chatty. How helpful of them.

[Does she look innocent? Not really, but who wouldn’t be just a teensy bit annoyed at getting dragged to another world when they’re in the middle of something? How rude of...whoever the hell did this.] Tell me who I have to punch to get this over with so I can leave what is obviously the worst case of bad turtle hygiene ever. Otherwise, I might just have to pick whoever has the most punchable face and go down the line until I get somewhere. That's wasting time I don't have, because I'm on a schedule.

For starters, you know Luthor was the one who fired it. And second, I'm just as trapped here as you are. The League had nothing to do with this, but you probably don't believe me. [Can't say she'd be surprised.]

[This actually brings her up short. She vaguely remembers Waller trying to call her back to base, but Tea wasn't paying much attention at the time when she was busy pummeling Supergirl's face in.]

What are you talking about? Did you forget the part where it was your death weapon that fired on us. [Luthor is somewhat vaguely included considering all the money and weapons he puts in Cadmus.] Is blaming Lex Luthor the best you can do?

I remember that. But we didn't fire it. Luthor did, and those are the facts. Don't like it, deal with it. I won't waste my breath on you. [She's still generally pissed that there's no one else here to back her up on this, just her word against Galatea's. Shayera just has to hope it's enough.]

Facts. You mean like the you not being a traitor to the entire planet is "fact?" I'll trust your facts just as soon as I'd trust a kryptonite smoothie being nutritious, bird brain.

I never denied what I did! That's common knowledge, in case you didn't know. And with your track record so far, that's easily believable. [She knows she's a traitor, and is well aware of what she's done. Shayera's never asked for forgiveness or any such thing, either.] What I did has nothing to do with this. This is about Luthor tricking all of us, not my being a traitor.

The fact they let you back into their precious moral superiority club only shows how hypocritical all of you high and mighty superhumans are. [Don't try and spew "facts" at her like she has any reason to believe anything Hawkgirl says. Luthor may be a power hungry sleaze, but he never handed the planet over to be blown up in the middle of some alien war.] And my track record is serving my country from the likes of you, because someone made it obvious that you weren't to be trusted. We didn't start the fight, we just took it to your doorstep.

[Shayera would really not have this conversation with one of the enemy, of all people, even if the League and Cadmus are on better terms. They aren't with the clones.] I owned up to what I did. I won't explain my actions to you, you're barely listening now.

[But that last part is something Shayera just can't sit right with.] Your track record is trying to kill Supergirl, and the rest of the League. There was no fight, just a power-hungry man, capable of manipulating people to get what he wants.

The League being the group floating above the planet with a beam cannon you hid until you couldn't anymore. Even if you're right about Luthor, the fact you built the damn thing says you were prepared to use it. On us. You don't make a weapon if you don't have the fortitude to fire it. Did you seriously expect us to wait around for you to try again? We saw how that turned out.

And Supergirl is a member of the League. Getting rid of her with the rest of you just so happens to be something I didn't feel bad about. [It's a lot more personal than that, but like she'll explain herself to one of them.]

The only time we've ever fired it of our own volition is against an alien invasion. There's no reason to think we'd ever use it on the public. Not to mention, we decommissioned it. And guess what? The world trusts us. Even better, so does Waller.

[There's a sarcastic scoff on her end, and she just shakes her head.] That's not it. You're just a brat with ultra-violent tendencies and a personal vendetta against her.

Anything between me and Super Bimbo has nothing to do with you, Miss Carries-A-Mace-To-Hit-Things, so but your tailfeathers out of it.

[If she sees Hawkgirl, she really will punch her in the face.]

This is the biggest bull you've spewed today. What don't you get about why we have a problem with you toting around a death cannon and it's pointed right down at the Earth? You act like you're all benevolent and doing it for our own good, but you don't get to decide that you bunch of self-centered egotistical overbearing dumbasses. You think you can make decisions for the world when no one asked you to. Instead all you do is wreck everything around you and claim you're helping. And that's why we are ready to put all of you down. [Or well, why Cadmus is ready. Tea just sees it as a bonus to getting to kill Supergirl.]

When "anything" gets taken to the Watchtower? You bet it has something to do with me. [If she can. Shayera won't hestiate to use that mace on first siting.]

What part of "we decommissioned it" didn't you get? And Earth is our home, too, so we're going to do what we can to protect it. I won't deny we've messed up in the past, but everyone does. What matters is the people forgave us, and let us keep on protecting them. I've already told you what happens, the Justice League stays together, and the citizens want us to. And if that's not getting through your thick skull, then I don't know what to tell you.

What part of "too little too late" is your brain too full of feathers to get? You decommissioned it after we went up there and started taken that Tower apart for you. The fact the civilians are still fooled enough to trust you says more about their gullibility, not your trustworthiness.

You being around is more than proof they'll stick their hand in the beartrap twice just to make sure it works the second time. If you want to try that on me, you'll be sorely mistaken.
