[ Bruce drags a hand over his face before eying the feed carefully. Usually he wouldn't even touch a computer, because there's the problems with being traced and found and then there's the whole slew of problems that come out of that, but. He just got dragged out of an ocean by some entirely new and fascinating lifeforms after dying or he's just hallucinating something spectacular while the other guy goes and deals with whatever he's dealing with. He's not sure which is actually happening, but.

We don't know if there were others here before us but these suites stood waiting and unoccupied so I can't help but wonder.

Then make better use of the space yourself, if you're so uncomfortable using it only for yourself.

Just know that you maybe stuck with the place. Space is likely at as much of a premium as resources. You might find it a sensitive matter for the locals.

W- How do you mean, resources? Things seemed okay enough on the way in, least as I saw.

This place is set on a giant turtle. The ground only goes so deep. Bare in some places. There are only so many trees that they have, so many plants in general I assume.

It was a point of contention when one of the local gangs disrupted a final festival that the locals had held as welcome. They claimed that too many precious resourced had been wasted for the days of festivals.

This is not a city comfortably well off. For whatever reason they've given us lodgings nicer than their own. I'd hesitate to throw it back in their faces so quickly.

...Ah. [ Yyyyyyyyyyyyeah. He will remember this and be grateful that somebody stopped him from going and making a major faux pas. Or what equates to a faux pas because he doesn't know that phrase by itself. Oops. ] That, uh. Might have been something to mention on the ride over.
