[He also went through pretty disturbing death and dreaming hallucinations while he was in Sinbrilee, but the only hint that he's still shaken about it is the brief pause before he speaks again.] If no one owns it, I'm taking it. it's one thing to know that whatever personality you had would be stripped from you - that much shockwave knew before arriving on the turtle and from orion. it is a completely different thing to see one's own head empty and lifeless and decapitated shoved onto the network without a thought. )

( the fact that shockwave is even capable of presenting a holoform to ask this question is a testament, and the form is... well there's nothing wrong with it. it just looks genuinely horrified - more than someone viewing a decapitated robot head should be. and maybe the voice is edging on barely restrained anger mixed with hysteria. )

Robots! Machines that can carry out complex tasks automatically, as in, like totally without the help of puny humans whatsoever. They need a power source to keep going, obviously, and they have a program installed that helps them do the actions they're supposed to do. In our time we have, like, stuff from robot hands to help with factory tasks like putting lids on cans or whatever, to mechanical dogs that bark and follow you around and are basically real dogs minus the pooping and drooling. But this robot [And he wags the photo in the air as he talks,] looks like it's super advanced, if the design of the head is any indication. I mean just look at those details, man! Super sweet.
