So, anyone know where life's volume dial is? I need it to seriously get cranked down. I'm totally cool with noise, heavy beats and stuff but yikes not normal noises.

[Kon is looking incredibly uncomfortable, for more reasons than what has happened recently. Seriously, can he not catch a break. His face scrunches slightly and he rubs at his right ear.]

Plus side is, totally found my specs from back home. [He holds up his red visor and grins.]

[That's something she'll hold him to, same as she'll hold Kurt to his promise; Ororo doesn't have many left here that she cares for and she'll not forgive the disappearance of a single one of them.]

And if it's not angry, it's the wrong kind of venting. We're due a screamfest about all this crap.

No way, this turtle isn't gonna get rid of me.

[He doesn't want to go and leave her. Part of him hopes that he would remember being here if he ever got back. So then he can remember her and other people. However, he hopes he doesn't because it would be too hard to go on knowing that they're still on the turtle.

He laughs a little.]

Sweet, people're gonna wish they stayed home.

[That's the conundrum that Ororo faces, and one of the reasons she doesn't fancy getting close to many. Kon's... well, they haven't been close-close, but he's a good guy, he's cute, and he's been here for her.]

Let's bring on their regrets. You got a line on any place that does dough? I bet we could finagle a pizza from one of them.

[Said with a thin smile, though it's a good showing after her foul mood of late.]

Ha, right we can totally make it all worse.

[He's smiling in response to that and then it turns into a slight grin.]

Pretty sure we can find a place no probs! Finest on all of the turtle.

Then I'll meet you a half a mile up and let's see what we've got for options.

[The icon says it all. Challenge and a relenting to a better humour. Oh, and don't you dare forget the flirting.]

[Ororo takes a few to get out the window, changing into a long lavender skirt and black cropped shirt and jacket. Oh, and dashing on some make-up because, really? She's not missing the chance to use the mineral powders she dug up out of a Fire Sector herbalist.

Then she's out the window, manipulating the air currents to keep herself modest, thanks, as she flies upwards to the wide-open airs above the city. She keeps an eye out for him as she goes.]

[Kon hadn't gone with his usual uniform get up. He stuck to a black tee and dark blue pants in a heavy material. He kept his black leather jacket with the yellow S-shield on the back though. He might have a TTK field around him, that didn't mean it wasn't chilly when he flew.

So he waited a little, not wanting to seem overly eager, although he totally was and then he left via his own window, pushing it hard as he broke though the trees. He sees something in the distance and flies towards it, hoping it's Ororo and not some other flier. As he gets closer though, he smiles.

He slows down as he draws closer and ends up whistling as he looks her over. The touch of make-up? Really adds to...well okay, adds to everything. Not that she needs it.]

Lookin' good, Ororo, lookin' real good.

[Ororo smiles and turns in the air, feeling the currents swirl about her as she gives him this little display before settling in a seated position -- legs crossed, thank you very much.]

You always know what to say to a girl. [Said with a measure of warmth. Bitterness may have kicked off this re-connection, but it's hard to ignore, well, chemistry.] And you're holding up pretty handsomely too.

[He claps for her as she does the turn, taking her in again. He really was glad that they had met up again, talking over the network only went so far, but meeting in person, yeah that was better.]

Hey, I only say what's true, thought I'm totally doubting if there's a time when you don't look good. Y'know, just...right now it's really good. [Oh wow, wasn't that super smooth? Wasn't he just, sometimes he wished he could turn back time and stop himself from talking like a doofus.]

Heh, thanks. Can't bring the team down.

[Definitely better in person. God, it's been forever since she flirted with anyone not over the network and it feel good. The sort of feel that inspires a few butterflies in her stomach -- the right kind though.]

Trust me, you're not bringing anything down here.

[That phrase comes with a wink.]

So, this pizza... Where and when do we start?

[It's been a while where it's felt so easy and natural for him. Like when he's saying it, he's meaning things a lot more. Not to say he's lying, but it's not so much about impressing Ororo.

It would be weird if he tried to word how he felt though. The butterflies were there and he was glad he didn't have the whole sweaty palm thing going right now. You know, that wink really didn't help.

Kon grins at the pizza question and reaches out to take her hand.]

Heard there was possibly something like it in this area over...there.

[He motions over to a general direction. Vague. Awesome, huh? But he slowly moves in the direction while still holding her hand.]
