You're all no doubt well aware of the escalating dangers surrounding our recent drop land side. Now I'd to make good on my earlier promise to provide those either staying here or going ashore with an up to date list of others foreigners available as sort of an ad-hoc team of EMTs.

You'll notice that your phones, generously provided by Stark Industries, have been updated with a comprehensive list of volunteers, their contact numbers, and a brief summation of the skills they can provide. The list is in text format, but I've added a voice-activated search feature as well as an audio playback for those who don't read in English.
