For the next three days, I will make myself available to meet with those who can offer me information regarding, or which may lead to, the whereabouts of any of the deserters, particularly Celaunn. Those who come forward will be amply rewarded for their services. Accommodations will be made for those who wish to see me discreetly, speak with one of my subordinates.
My soldiers will be pursuing these leads both within and without the city's boundaries. May I remind you that inhibiting their searches constitutes insurgence against the Chihuelan Empire.
