Hello everyone,

The last month saw a rough patch with protests breaking out into riots, as well as a general increase in criminal activities. The council would like to take this time to reassure everyone that the matter is being thoroughly investigated, and would request that everyone cooperate with the efforts of Keeliai’s budding police force.

The substance that was used to incite the riots has been confirmed to be Dust. Dust is a mind-altering narcotic which comes in the form of a distinctive black powder and among its many effects is increased aggression. Paranoia and hallucinations are also very common side effects.

The scope of damage was minimal, thanks to the swift intervention of foreigners and the police force. While there were some severe injuries, no deaths have been reported.

Again, we would like to urge everyone to cooperate with the investigation and to report suspicious activity to the police.
