rewind to this morning [2] VIDEO
[The first thing Fran notices when she wakes up is that she feels... off, somehow. Like her senses have been toned down, even more than they were when she first left the Wood. Everything sounds like it's been muted, and...
That train of thought ends once she gets a good look at her surroundings. This is not Balthier's suite. This is not even her own suite. (Although she rarely, if ever, sleeps there.) No, this is someplace entirely different. It isn't long before she notices the fact that it isn't just her senses or the scenery that has changed, but herself as well. And it's a body she recognizes, too.
Eventually, a video pops up on the network, revealing a very peeved Franto.]
To the stone man that resides here - [She never did get Santo's name.] - I believe I have something of yours. And I would think you have something of mine.
[Namely, her body.]
This is Fran, if anyone is unsure. It seems this has been an eventful morning for many.
[A slight sigh.]
... Are the senses of all non-viera so dull?
[Locked to Balthier; 90% Unhackable]
Whomever is in your suite and is wearing my skin, it is not I. [Just a heads up, partner.] Do what you will.
locked to Balthier, 90% unhackable
I am afraid we will. [And she won't be saying anything more about their endeavors on a network post. While Fran knows she is skilled with locking posts, she is well aware that she is not perfect. And with that in mind, she'd prefer to avoid talking about piracy and other such things when there is a chance others could be listening in.]
We should meet.
... In a tavern, preferably. [Because she could use a stiff drink right now. Wait, can Santo even get drunk or at least tipsy? Not that it matters much. Surely, she'll be able to find out soon enough.]

[he could use some Bhujerba Madhra, that was certain.]
An odd twist of fate, this.
no subject
Indeed. [This has been a really weird morning.] I am unsure of how this body processes liquor, but I suppose I shall find out soon enough.
