Near everything was wrong, and near everything had the promise of being made great. The poor subjugated, the king and rulers content to keep it such as it benefited them instead. But there was more, so much more that a republic, ruled by and for the people, where all were equal would have done, will do in some point in the future, I do know that, but never when.
I died...will die, before that greatness is achieved. I am pleased that I died for what France could be, it was the greatest honor I have had, but if I am dead there, and another people is wronged elsewhere, here, that I may help them...I would choose fighting for that people, giving them my last breath first, while I might remain in the position to do so.
Our fight was universal, so it is only fitting I choose to go on in it, I think, if I might have that choice.
