[ Hey, look! It's this asshole again, sans his Hero suit. He's still got that dumb domino mask on, though. Yep. ]

Yo! Me again! Listen, I need serious expert advice. If someone wanted to buy a cake, you know, with all the works and the piping and a note that says stuff on it--Maybe a drawing too--Well, anyway! Where's a good bakery for that? I need this sucker customized!

Not that I have a lot of money.... Okay, maybe a cheap bakery! Still good, but.... one I don't have to take a loan out on.

[ Pulling away from the video feed, Tiger takes a quick look around his empty room and listens for any movement downstairs before scooting back to his console. The rest of his transmission is whispered excitedly as he leans in like it's some sort of conspiracy. ]

Halloween's coming soon around here, right? That's what I've been hearing--Well, if it is, that also means my partner's birthday. If you see Bunny around wish him a Happy Birthday--Oh, and a hug too! He totally loves that when people just go right up to him and hug him.

He'll probably act like he doesn't, but he so does! It's just part of his cool guy persona. He's the blond one. Fashionable hair, glasses, can't miss him!

Depends. How much is a spectacular cake that your partner will love really worth to you?

[ Tiger's eyes narrow into two suspicious slits. ]

[ Thankfully Stocking doesn't think anything of it, agrees to meet there and then shortly thereafter, comes strolling towards the Wood Sector. Her distinctive dress and hair made her easy to spot, Bone Kitten tucked over one arm. ]

[ This had better be some cake is all Tiger can think as he waits on the young girl from the video feed. Unfortunately for both of them he hasn't had the chance to look for clothing outside the realm of his Hero armor's black undersuit. He doesn't stick out as badly as he had before, but dressed in all black with a domino mask makes him feel like some cartoon villain.

Oh well. For now, it's all about his partner's needs, and right now those needs are telling Tiger that he must have a cake and possibly a jacket if he can convince this girl to pay a little extra so he can keep some juulan for a second present. ]

Hey! [ He waves at the long-haired girl as she comes walk through the Sector. ] I, ehh, wasn't sure if you were actually gonna show up or not!

[ If it's one thing that Stocking's going to take pride in, it's definitely her knowledge of sweet things. So Kotetsu has inadvertently lucked into the one thing he can count on her for, other than being crass and loud. ]

Oh? Are you used to girls standing you up?

Oh, uh, no! I mean not exactly! [ He tries to laugh it off, but it's pitiful. It's not so much that women stand him up, more like no one ever really calls him, except Barnaby. Well, Antonio, but he doesn't really count. He's just sort of there. ]

Anyway, let's see this awesome cake shop [ That I sold my soul for is implied here. ]

[ At least the angel girl will know what to do with your soul! ]

[ She turns and strides off, not really paying attention to whether Kotetsu is following but assuming that he is. ]

You must be pretty dedicated if you just arrived and this is what you're worried about.

[ Stocking glances over her shoulder at Kotetsu thoughtfully, then shrugged. ]

I made my sister a cake for her birthday once, she used it for lube.

[ No, no he's pretty sure he hadn't heard that right at all! ]

[ What kind of girl would do that?! It's just so un lady-like! Her parents certainly should have taught the two of them better if they thought this is in any way an appropriate joke. How's he supposed to respond to this?!

Ultimately, Tiger goes with his usual course of motion when he comes across something unpleasant: He ignores it even exists! ]

Uh, well at least it's the thought that counts?

S-So this cake shop... Are they gonna write Happy Birthday for me? Oh! And put a bunny on it too!

[ If Kotetsu's aghast reaction is even noticed, Stocking makes no note of it. She rolls her shoulders in a shrug to his reply. ]

That's what I thought, but I wasn't about to waste the effort a second time. Hope your partner appreciates this properly! And I'm sure they'll write whatever you want on it. Why a bunny?

Because he's... Bunny. That's his name--Well, his name's Barnaby, but Bunny's better!

[ Yup, he calls a grown ass man Bunny. ]

[ Maybe it's a sex thing, she doesn't know or care. Either way, the bakery isn't that far away and inside there are plenty of examples of cakes. ]

What kind does he like?

Uhh, eh, that's uh... good question. I don't know... He's really picky about food or clothes or... Actually, he's picky about everything.

As long as it tastes expensive, I think that'll work...

Then you're in luck, since that's my specialty! Only the best is good enough for me to eat, so I'll make sure you get set up with something like that. I wish I could update my blog from here...
