In case anyone is missing people, but their suites have not been emptied, here is what I know of the situation.

They are still on Tu Vishan. As far as I know, they are all right, though some of them are missing... things. Like the ability to feel fear. There are certain locations in the city where they can be briefly seen and talked with.

[ Insert a short list of landmarks around the city. ]

Some people are already working on finding out how it happened, why, and how to reverse it, but it is generally referred to being 'off phase' - magically or technologically, it has not been discovered, yet.

It has also been brought to my attention that the iridescent paint that may have been procured during trick-or-treating can bring people back in phase. I do not know how permanent the effect of that may be.

If there is an update on what is known, I shall endeavor to keep everyone apprised. If anyone can think of a way to help, let me know. My name is Damian Wayne.

[ He pauses for a little, his mouth going into a thin line. ]

However, not all who have gone missing over the last days are still here. People are once again showing up, but they are also still disappearing.

[ He was going to give Richard the next installment of the typed up Napoleon works. And... his suite was cleared of his things. Damian is not very best pleased with his disappearance - or Asbel's. But he'll leave the naming of names to the radio. ]

I hope, if you are looking for somebody, you will be able to tell the difference.

That would be the point of it, yes.

If you mean Frost, my guess would be probably not, because the reasons for his invisibility have nothing to do with this place, but there can be no harm in attempting it, anyway.

[Sorry if his guess is wrong. But, since Jack couldn't see the off-phase people, either? Damian's guess is definitely 'no'.]

[She wouldn't fault him for his guess. Not when it was made based on reasonable assumptions, and not any intentional desire to shoot her straight down. Nor was she particularly disappointed, if only because she refused to set herself up for as much.]

You don't know that for certain.

The rules where I come from don't seem to apply here. How can we be so sure his do for him?

As I said, you are free to try. But, based on the conversation I had with him regarding the current disappearances, I would not bring your hopes up.

If I talk with him, I shall inform him of your intention.

Don't worry. I won't. I'd just rather try than not do anything at all.

Well, here's an update: I threw most of my paint all over my friend. And she's back. So whatever the hell it is, it works.

... you have only arrived here recently, have you not? There are some people here who can heal beyond the conventional medicine. In an affliction that is at least possibly magical, one of them might be of assistance.

You're completely sure it's him and not someone that looked like him. [He brings a hand up to rub his chin. Losing the ability to feel fear was a worst case scenario for a Green Lantern.]

[Maybe it matters that Kyle's not wearing his ring? And even the crystal only gave a very approximate location until Kyle semi-materialized, which only was in effect for all of five minutes?]

Reasonably certain, yes.

[On the one hand... he'd been too relieved by the fact that the Lantern - his Lantern - wasn't gone to verify thoroughly. On the other hand? Nobody just looking like Kyle would bother with Damian, let alone know how to act around him. So, yes. Reasonably certain.]

Where did you see him? If he's still there, I want to see for myself.

[Damian puts in the location of the intersection in Wood sector where he saw Kyle. Because, for all that he doesn't trust Jordan? This information can probably not do harm. Maybe.]

He is likely not there any longer, but he might check the location again.

Should I locate him again where he is accessible, I shall make sure he is returned to phase. I am certain you will be able to talk with him then.

[He's a little offended that he's not involved in these plans considering he's a lantern and Damian isn't.]

Rayner is not the only one missing, is he.

[Spoiler: by now, Damian has a relatively decent idea about who is. The other Green Lantern is in that number. As well as Drake. And Bartholomew. And Zatara. And. A good number of people, really.]

I'd have helped either way, but this makes it personal.

[ Hal, you suck at picking up hints. ]

It's different with him.

[Partly because he holds someone who's essentially him to a higher standard.]

And, yet, I believe the same affliction has befallen him.

Since it is logical for me to focus on the person who knows me and will talk with me, maybe you should look into him, instead.

[Also, 'step away from my person, you are not worth him'. But Damian does know that, right now, it's not the time for that.]

[Hal is so not observant enough to pick up on that. All he's seeing is a bat being a bat and he tends to ignore that and do what he wants anyway.]

Or as the saying goes 'the more the merrier'. That other me can handle himself, he is me.
