007 - Audio

[Bean is either getting more comfortable using the Network as himself, or he's getting more desperate. Either way, this post is audio, not text like those before it.]

I know there was just a recent post about food, but I find myself in need. The simple fact is I can't cook. I either need someone to do it for me or I need someone to teach me how. I can pay in juulan or I can trade language lessons. I know everything is translated, but text isn't. I can teach English, French, Spanish, and a number of other languages. [Those seem most common, however.]

I'm not picky. I just know it's getting colder and food will be harder to come by. I've been on the edge of starving before, and I have no intention of ever being there again.

I've been eating at cafes and restaurants, but it's a strain on my finances.

Until you get the cooking thing figured out, Tuesday night is pasta night, Thursday is pizza, and Friday's Mac and cheese over here. There's always a ton. Nobody needs to starve, OK?

No problemo. I saw you know Mr. Wayne. I know a couple of his kids. Just bring some tupperware. Kedanware. Whatever. Bring something with a lid if you want leftovers.

[It's... not even something he has to think about? The voice sounds youngish, how young Bart's not sure, and he already saw Bruce Wayne offering food. Someone needs something that he can help with, so he helps. It's an impulse.]

'Give a man a fish' sort of deal, right? [A nod, Clark has always been a firm believer of that kind of philosophy. And the fact that Bean might not get what he means by that, not being from the same kind of Earth and all, doesn't even cross his mind.]

When this gets solved... I can probably help with teaching you some things as well.

I also noticed your remark on not knowing that I have siblings. [And his voice almost doesn't waver at the word.] Father has adopted a number of others over the years.

Richard Grayson, Jason Todd, Cassandra Cain - she is no longer in Keeliai - and Timothy Drake, namely. There are two versions of the Grayson here at this time, one only about three years older than me, the other in his mid to late twenties.

Whyever did you not say anything before? Of course I can teach you what I know, and you might come over whenever you like: it is nothing special, but it is easy enough to stretch a meal, when one knows how.
