For those unfamiliar, Catty Turner and Vanessa Cleveland started an Outreach Program to try to combat the spread of the drug Dust. With the two of them leaving, I, uh.. I'm funding it. It's going to be a Rehab Center, for any kind of addiction, stress relief, anything. Kedan or foreigner.

We need more people. If you're willing to do some kind of.. therapy b- [He cuts himself off before he calls it bullshit.] -business or- or relaxation, training, I don't know. [An exasperated sigh.] You know what I mean.

If you want help of any kind- you have an addiction or want to talk to someone, let me know. I don't fuck around with confidentiality. You want to be involved, wanting help or giving it, you don't fuckin' share what happens and neither will I.

I only arrived here a couple weeks ago, so all I can give you is my word. I suppose you could speak to someone named Aya about me. We had met, however briefly, back in our own universe.

Most of them were already working at the place before I took over, but I've been asking them about confidentiality, sure. You're the first face that's, uh, unfamiliar. Because you're new, like you said.

You have any magic, powers, anything like that that could interfere with your work?

I am a Blue Lantern, and there are certain powers that come along with it, but nothing that should pose a problem. Under what circumstances would having magic interfere with rehabilitation?

A "Blue Lantern." Is that like a Green one?

[Because hey, if he's one of Kyle's people, then that's good enough for Costigan.]

I find that people with magic are more likely to get into trouble, which makes them more vulnerable to doing things they shouldn't do. I know it's not true of every user, which is why I said I'd hire you regardless, but I like to keep an eye on it.

[Saint Walker chuckles at that, low and amused.] Oh, I would say that all sorts do things that they oughtn't without any help from magic whatsoever.

But as for your question, yes, we are remarkably similar to Green Lanterns.

Are you part of the police force too or-..? What makes a Blue different from a Green, besides the color?

Green Lanterns are powered through will, but our powers are derived from hope. We are not a police force. We are primarily peacekeepers, seeking to heal those that would accept our help.
