[ ever had to skype over an infinitely shitty and slow wi-fi? imagine that but worse - with all the lagging and pixelated video you can imagine. nico's no tech expert and generally avoids using the console when he can, but amongst all the chaos, not everyone can just easily shadow travel to other districts to find out if people they know are okay. hence, the sort of psa to follow: ]
Th▒▒re ▒▒ome▒▒▒ng — [ the video pauses, glitching, but in the corner of the screen, something still appears to be moving. a few seconds later, the feed tries to resume it's horrible quality self. ]

[ the video glitches again, this time stuck on a repetition of that last syllable, so it sounds like it's fading out with a hiss. ]
[ ooc: all he said was "there's something wrong with this", roughly twice before deciding to quit the broadcast! ]
