Oh. Um... I don't know if it effects a person's chi or not. It's mostly physical as far as I know, but spirit water comes from Spirit Oasis' and a Spirit Oasis is usually a place with a lot of pure, spiritual energy concentrated there.

I've only ever experienced it's physical benefits.
