If you were injured by a blackened weapon during the recent attacks and are experiencing more pain than would be considered normal, uncharacteristically negative emotions, and nightmares then you have been compromised by Mal-nyan.

Until there is more information available about the effects of the Taint it would be best to limit your exposure to anything regarding the war effort.

If you want to be sure you've been Tainted you can come to the hospital for a quick scan. I will be helping out there for a while longer between deliveries so you can just ask for Gazelle.

Have you spoken to anyone who went to that meeting? Some of them have been saying some pretty freaky stuff. One guy even started talking about mass murder.

The meeting was interrupted by numerous groups of tainted kedan attacking foreigners at each of the districts. I don't know the number of fatalities, but there were many casualties. That much should be common knowledge by now.

I wasn't talking about that. The guy was going on about how it may be necessary to start killing suspicious folk soon. Has anyone else done something like that?

How should I know? I don't even know what 'guy' you are talking about. You clearly seem to know more about this than I do.

In my opinion I think executing people would be stupid and would make us no better than that jerk Evandau.

I know, I'm saying it's something to watch out for when dealing with the poisoned guys. This guy was perfectly normal before that little party, and now he's nuts. I'm seeing a symptom, and I'm telling you about it. I thought that's what this little heads-up was for.

If the definition's that broad, I can think of at least two other people who need to get checked. If I see them, I'll send them straight to the hospital.

Like I said before: if they were injured by one of the cultists' black weapons then there is a very high probability they were tainted. If you can send them to the hospital it would be appreciated!

Do you know much about intermediate and advanced techniques for healing? For offensive and defensive skills too, but I am mostly looking for healing right now.

If you want to learn some fighting skills that don't rely on any powers, I could teach you some martial arts and basic knife skills as a trade.

Is there anything I can do to help the people who were hurt? Triage, grab supplies, help with scans? Anything?

Physical injuries have been taken care of. The people who have been tainted the most will need help keeping any violent urges in check if possible.

I can do that. When and where?

I don't pay close attention to this network. If you can keep an eye on people who seem like they might cause violence that would be a big help I think. Especially if you could talk them down, or give them something to express their anger at verbally instead of physically.

And not just the network - if you notice anyone around the city who needs an outlet and you aren't in any danger, that could be very useful too.

I'll keep an eye out and do what I can to restrain them. Thanks for the heads up.
