[ there are quite a few things akito would like to address, but just the thought of trying to find the right words for it all is exhausting. so he keeps it simple, and focuses on what he wants to ask the most: ]

Zhyris is the illness the kedan are catching. The one Milyn is worried about.

[ and he doesn't like causing anyone any inconvenience, but he also is feeling sick and clingy and knows it will make alayne feel better to help. so... ]

I don't know if I have that illness, but I am not feeling one-hundred percent. [ and he was already sick a few weeks ago this is very annoying. he doesn't want to miss more work ;; ]

...Soup would be nice. You have to be careful not to get sick though.

Then you should rest and let someone take care of you. (That is the best medicine for illnesses outside of herbs and Maester's brews.) I am not worried for myself.

Vegetables are okay. Not my favourite, but I like some of them.

They're good for you, but that doesn't mean they all taste good. I don't like green peppers, or celery, or brussel sprouts. But broccoli and carrots and potatoes and corn are good! And edamame and green beans, too!

It depends on how they are prepared. (Pepper, salt and the like can make all the difference.) But I will avoid using peppers, celery and brussel sprouts. I'm not certain they would be good in soup anyway.

(She can put chicken in it too, which means it needs to cook longer.)

If this soup doesn't cure you, I don't know what will.
