[GOOD MORNING KEELIAI it's your friendly neighborhood disembodied voice on the network. Well, actually, maybe not all that friendly. She sounds just as uptight and defensive as ever, the voice modifier still on to disguise her real voice.]

Anyone who's not planning on exploring the mainland and has extra rations or supplies to spare. I'm willing to pay or barter. I'll give you a fair price.

[There's a slight pause, as if she's thinking, before she adds,]

Don't bother responding if you're just going to waste my time.

Me? Doubtful. I can barely program a toaster.

[That's said with an unfailing cheerfulness.]

But Stark's another story. He made them, after all.

[CT frowns, thinking hard. She's not a big fan of Stark, and from what she's seen of him, he definitely seems more than intelligent enough to create a tracking system, if he wanted to. Whether he has any reason to is another question.

She'll just have to investigate for herself before she agrees to anything. She has a Stark phone like everyone else, of course, but her own had gotten tossed into a drawer almost immediately, and she hadn't really thought about it since.]

...I'll think about it.

[cowled]

That's all I ask. I'm Bruce Wayne.

[this being an adequate time to introduce yourself, CT...]

Is one of those a last name?

[She mumbles it half to herself, but she's scribbling down the name all the same. She is planning on researching the phone and getting back to him. A map is a good idea, even if she's planning on being too far away to make use of it herself.

The implied opening to introduce herself goes almost unnoticed - CT catches on a moment later, hesitating a moment as she thinks fast. She's been introducing herself as Connie out of armor and CT in armor, on the rare occasions that she's given a name at all, but neither of those names are ones she dares even say on the network.]

I'm - John. John O'Neil.

[It's not the most creative - he can probably tell that it's a fake, but she doesn't care. At the moment, she's quietly breathing a sigh of relief to herself; she'd caught herself at the last moment and remembered to give a man's name instead of a woman's.]

[cowled]

Wayne is the surname.

[He says it, half-amused.]

It's good to meet you, 'John'. Good luck out there.

[Oh, that's obviously an alias. But Bruce isn't about to call the guy on it. The fact that the hesitation was so pronounced makes him think that whoever this person really is, they're unfamiliar with the concept of hiding one's identity. Perhaps it's a development that was brought about by being on Tu Vishan in general.]

[CT's mouth twists into a smile, but she doesn't comment. It's pretty obvious that he knows she's lying about the name, but he doesn't call her on it, and that's good enough.]
