[14-year-old Zatanna looks oddly at peace for the moment, back leans against the rough bark, a few pieces peppering the shoulders of her black jacket blazer. One leg dangles off the edge, the other bent at the knee. She has a half smile on her face, and her eyes continue to casually take in her surroundings, even as she addresses the Network.]

I'll admit...definitely not what I was expecting.

[Implying that she's somehow unsurprised by her current limbo status. Like she knew something like this would happen, even if there was no way she could've predicted exactly what. Knew and accepted it. For now.]

Can't really complain, though. I'd take a giant tree house over an eternity in empty helmet space any day.

A giant treehouse is definitely a lot better than that helmet thing sounds.

I definitely feel more one with nature here than I ever did back home. Then again, I used to live in the City, so that's not really saying much.

You get used to nature. [he makes a face like he very much prefers cities, but as treehouses go this isn't so bad.]

And eating Chinese food everyday. Never thought I'd get sick of Chinese food, yeesh.

And I mean, the turtle glows in the dark. Can helmet space do that?

[She smiles back, though her eyes shine a little at the through of the turtle actually glowing.]

I know, right? I never actually measured it. But I can move through walls and explode stuff too.

I can do the second one. Never really tried walking through walls, though.
