Radio; Foreigners Only [Forward-dated to the 14th]
I have spoken with the Grand Justicar on the matter of removing the bodies. She has agreed to allow it. I will be contacting a mortician forthwith.
I speak now to all the foreigners here; Please do not act rashly. I understand your anger at the Justicar. It is justified. Risking your own lives and those of the people here, however, is not. The situation now is precarious at best.
We are guests in this city the same as the Justicar. I would hope we can show more consideration for Keeliai's denizens than her, however.

[It's at the mention of Vanitas that he makes a face caught somewhere between a pout and a glare.]
He said a whole bunch of stuff just to psych me out... All these things about my friend becoming a different person. I dunno why, but he must've wanted something outta me.
[He talked about orders and probation... Kinda weird, and he still doesn't fully get his motives.]
It's crazy just how powerful words can be on their own, though. I guess sometimes you don't even need weapons...

It's a hard lesson to learn - people such as this Vanitas will often try to crush others by playing on their doubts and fears.

And then when me and Mickey beat him, he said I was on "probation."
[There's a hint of frustration in his voice, and he groans.]
I dunno. Is it normal for people to say stuff like that when you beat 'em up?

What are the Lanes Between?

[He just had to get up and walk through a swirly dark portal after, but Ven's not the type to just up and kill people, anyway.]
And the Lanes Between are this space between worlds. Only Keyblade wielders can access it, though; otherwise I'm pretty sure it's off limits.

...I take it a Keyblade is exactly what it sounds like? A sword that is a key?

[It's here that his voice takes a slightly grumbly tone.]
He had one too, though... I don't even know where he got it!

[This is what happens when Klaus attempts witticisms. Embarrassing abject failure.]
My apologies. Perhaps he got it the same way you obtained yours?
no subject
[Probably a childish analogy on his part, but it's easier to say things like that than to consider worse possibilities.]
D'you think there's any way to stop guys like him without resorting to killing 'em? If beating them won't work, I don't know what else will.

He seems to know something about you which you do not. He will likely use your doubt to manipulate you into doing something that will serve his own agenda. If you realize that, then it makes it easier to counter his methods non-lethally.
...You sound... rather young to be engaged in such a struggle however.
