Hi. [She shakes her head and the bells on her headband jingle.] No chance of sending out a distress signal, eh? Not that I think this place is bad or anything. I just, uh...I got Stuff to take care of, back home. At least I don't have amnesia this time, right? Heh heh heh... [The laughter is nervous, and trails off. She looks concerned for a moment before turning a thousand-watt smile to the camera again.]

Also, I only have like four Tim Tams in my bag and that is a grave effing injustice.

Yeah, but kind of by necessity. Iced anything is great! Hot things are kind of a health risk for the guy whose last name is "Frost".

So! This place is called Konryu? I thought it was Keeliai. Or am I confused?

The world itself is called Konryu, the turtle is referred to as "Tu Vishan", but his name is -- probably -- Asti, and this city is called Keeliai.

Kind of need a lexicon, some days.

This kind of thing, we have brochures yet. Have you come by the Welcome Center?

Probably, because... we haven't really talked to him directly. We thought we were, and then it turned out to be the big bad, and he's the one we got the name from.

Hmm, 'Asti' sounds a little too friendly to be a Big Bad. They like big names with lot of hard consonants, Ts and Zs and Ms and so on, names that sound sharp. 'Asti' sounds...soft, almost. [She shrugs.]

Ooh, no, I haven't, that was due to be my next stop.

You've got it, the big bad's name was Malicant. I never really thought of the name being soft, though. You're right, it does sound... different. Then again, Malicant was pretty thorough. We were all fooled.

I'll probably see you in person there, then. My girlfriend and I manage it.

Ugh, I hate that! Nothing worse than getting the wool pulled over your eyes! Except maybe someone eating the last snack out of the fridge.

Seriously, though, that sucks.

That sounds good. Sometimes it's days before we have anyone come in... or weeks. New arrivals have really slowed down the last few months.

It really kind of depends? Some people aren't happy to be here... but some really are.

[ Mostly because they're dead at home. In the non-living variety, specifically. ]
