So you know what's amazing? Food. Food is amazing. And water, that's kind of amazing too. Hot water's better, especially with sore muscles.

[All he hears is a slight muttering, unable to make the words out and he guesses whatever Superman said, if he wanted Billy to know he'd have said it louder. So he doesn't push.]

Tommy? Yeah he's okay, he went out first and then I went for him. This was my second trip out and...it was stupid.

[He's actually glad he's using voice, he could still see the injury even with his powers restored.]

If it hadn't been for a friend I might not have come back. We all do 'stupid' things sometimes.
