Well, Obi-wan was here for a while but he's left. Luke and Anakin Skywalker are here too, and I think there are one or two others that I haven't actually met.

Yeah - two of my friends from home are here as well and that definitely helps. But if you stay here long enough you kind of end up with a diverse set of friends by default. I'm Pepper, by the way. Welcome to Keeliai.

Others mentioned Anakin Skywalker, I didn't know about Luke and...I'm still trying to assimilate the idea of people from my home that are long gone being here and alive.

Have you been living here for long?

It's pretty weird. People from the same world come from a lot of different times, apparently. My friends and I all are from around the same time, but if you can be separated by a few days you can be separated by a few decades or more, I guess.

A little over a year. It went by a lot faster than I thought it would.

It's terrible inconvenient and more than a bit worrisome but on the bright side, we can get to meet our ancestors.

That's a lot. I'm glad to hear you at least have friend from your world to keep you company. I'm not sure I can spend that long here considering the troubles we got back home.

It's helped a lot to have them here, yeah. And I hate to break it to you, but you may not have a choice about how long you spend here. We haven't figured out how to control coming and going yet - but whenever you do go back, it'll be like no time passed at least.

Sort of. Recent past, and not important to anyone but family. So the most important, basically.

Oh, yeah, the multiple reality things. It happens. There was a woman here - she helped start the Welcome Center - anyway, we have the same name but she was a lot older than me, and a lot of the people in our lives were similar but she was from a totally different world.

You won't remember Keeliai when you go back, actually. I guess it makes things less abrupt, even if it sucks that we're going to forget people here.

Well, our legal names were different, but we both go by Pepper. From what I've heard we're pretty sure she came from a separate world. I did get a letter that was supposed to be from my future self, though - a bunch of us did. The Dreaming does weird stuff sometimes.

That makes me wonder how many of us can be out there if the theory of infinite universes is true.

Probably a lot. It's not worth the headache thinking about it though, trust me.
