So, assuming I got my months right, we just started a new year!

It's a big cultural celebration where I come from.

Does anyone have plans? I was thinking of trying to make a party. We usually celebrate on the first New Moon of the year.

I love hockey, and used to have season tickets, back home.

[ Sonja needs to spend time in Boston with the pack at TD Garden. ]

I love the speed. And the fights.

I used to know one of the players, for the hometown team. Not well, but enough to nod in passing. It was nice.

You'd pass each other on the way to the supermarket and such?

Mostly on the train and at the bus station. His car broke down once and he was reduced to having take them. We got to talking about tea, and how there was a tea shop I loved. He started going and apparently, it became rather popular among the team.

Did you ever wind up going when a big group of the team was in the shop?

A couple of times! Though, it was more the European contingent than the American one.
