Just that-since I've no idea how the bodies might react-even dead-I have to consider the posibilty that injecting them with this parasite could be... [ He doesn't really want to say zombies but with this world and its version of science... ]

I was never one to indulge in the idea of a zombie apocalypse. With the host dead there should be no way for the parasite to continue living as well.

I'll let you know if I find anything else. Since it can't stabilize, it's unlikely to do much when introduced to a corpse.

The short answer? When introduced to an organic substance it tries to piece itself together-the organisms collecting together in what I believe is an attempt to form a larger organism.

However, it can't and after several tries falls inert. That's why the red Dust has such a shorter life span.
