I have an important announcement.
The accusations made last week are serious ones, and we at the Guild of Justice and Arbitration would be remiss if we did not at least give them some weight.
I have asked Valdis to temporarily abdicate from her position as Chief of the KPD during this investigation, to which she has agreed.
For the good of the city, we all hope that the accusations are in fact as spurious as you have argued, and that this investigation will conclude quickly.
Thank you for your understanding.

I would like to request clarification on this matter: you have sought consequences against someone based solely on accusations made by an anonymous source? Do you not possess other evidence of their guilt?

My concern is primarily regarding the current impression that you are willing to administer consequences without sufficient evidence that the accusations made are true. Would that not be dangerous if anyone could accuse an individual of a crime with minimal proof?

Are you joking?! You're going to put her through all this because someone has gone on the network and given some rumours? Rumours without any proof? Rumours they admitted they had no proof for?
This is what you're basing your so-called justice system on?
