He hasn't made one in a while so he's doing it now. Leaning back on his chair with his arms crossed and cheeks puffed out slightly.]

That was a totally killer party. Glad I didn't have to do any of the tidying up this time.

So what kind of calendar does this place run on? Month names? Any thing? I've not heard anyone mention it before and my boss never really answered me when I asked.

I really hate this place, totally messes with you.

You've got no idea! I used to go to this rave all the time. Was pretty amazing stuff.

Yeah, it doesn't let us go home and if we go too far from the shell, it makes us pass out.

Wait, we pass out? I thought it was just some kind of barrier or force field.

It is, but whatever voodoo is on that thing, it makes your powers cut off and you literally black out and get fished up again. Me and Nita tried flying on our first day here then she tried to swim. No go.

[He frowns at that news.] So it's like how we lose powers on the mainland but with the added hassle of passing out. Well that just sucks.

If some dude seems skeevy and evil, chances are he totally is.

It was a long time ago. I just had to sit for some time to recover.

I've found that one applies outside parties too.

Oh man...[Victor wasn't expecting that.] That's a long while to be stuck in a place like this. So much for hoping this wouldn't be an extended vacation.
