Okay so that wasn't exactly my kinda idea of a swim. FYI might be a bit better for business if you have a less creepy welcome speech. Better customer service, you know? Maybe answer a few questions that I had? And what does it mean by uh...dreaming, life and death?

Only now and then. I was a forum junkie for about a year or two, then all of a sudden I had this strange thing happen. I thought it was a myth, something made up. I got friends.

[Oh no sweetheart. For all the joking around, Steph does feel a pang of sympathy if he really didn't have friends for a while.]

I've heard that does wonders for a person. I kind of missed the whole - internet generation thing, my computer at home could barely send emails without crashing.

[He was always good for when you needed a punching bag. That kind of stopped the whole, getting friends thing.]

I'm actually a ninety year old. I just have to sacrifice some virgins every now and then to keep myself looking young. [Steph. what.]

But no, I just feel a little like I missed the boat on it. I can always catch up, but I didn't really grow up with the 'net like other kids my age did.

[not just because she couldn't afford to have computers at home, but also 'cause she was busy doing the whole vigilante thing.]

It's surprising how little I'm phased by that and by how much I could believe it if it wasn't a joke.

It's nothing special. I mean it's cool to talk to people across the world in real time but eventually it gets boring when you're constantly refreshing.
