[Well, hello there. There’s a friendly face smiling at the network, nervously pushing his glasses up. He doesn’t seem to have any kind of trouble with the computers, but it’s obvious by the way he’s looking speaking to crowds (and he seems to consider whoever might be looking a ‘crowd’) isn’t really his thing.

Or that’s what he wants to make you believe, anyway. Clark Kent had always been the go to personality in case of kidnapping. He isn’t stupid enough to show where is he exactly living, but you get to see enough of his room to guess he’s in the water sector if you care enough to notice that kind of things. Seeing how calm and easy going the guy seems it shouldn’t come as a surprise.]

Um, hello. [A little friendly wave and a tilt of his head.] I’m not really sure if we’re supposed to-ah, introduce ourselves? I was told everything would be alright and everybody I’ve seen has been rather welcoming so far so I though… [He trails off, shrugging.] Call it farm-boy routine I guess.

Well, don't let those reporter instincts drive you too hard. There's no Associated Press to sell stories to around here and I'd bet that media immunity's a false hope.

[At least this one does take care of himself, he promises. But if she doubts it it means he's doing the mild-mannered reporter thing right, he guesses.]

From what I know there isn't even press or news in this place. I plan on fixing that in the future.

Okay, hold up here. It's not like I wouldn't read a paper, but you do realise that starting a newspaper could be just as bad as putting your nose where it doesn't belong, right? I've heard about plenty of good people that got in trouble because they published the wrong thing. [She leans closer to the console, trying to read his expression.] Please tell me you're keeping it to feel-good news stories.

[He raises both hands up in a surrendering fashion as he smiles at her, all honesty.]

It wouldn't be that kind of newspaper, I don't plan on airing intimacies- I never liked gossip nor yellow press. I simply want to use it as a tool for us.
