[audio; a british woman’s voice, sounding firm and businesslike:] Quite unlikely, but if anyone of the “SSR” is here, this is Agent Thirteen, and we should speak immediately.
[Reconnaissance? Reconnaissance. And potential regrouping and collective meeting, even if she doesn't really expect familiarity; regardless of whether this is a land of the dead or something else entirely]
[She falls silent in a brief pause]
There were mutterings of gang wars and unrest, but the kedan I’ve spoken with weren’t very forthcoming about it all. Is there anything I should know in particular about it? I understand some sectors are more prone to gang violence than others. Anything shared will be appreciated.

[Billy and Tommy look exactly alike it's not hard to put two and two together. Also that "public" is highly intentional, Steph doesn't want to let anyone know that she can read encrypted messages]

[That's a blatant lie, since she does have friends (family, even? she's not sure on that definition), and almost getting a little more personal over simply discussing the facts of Tu Vishan, but lies can be important]

They may. I think it ends up being a case of each person's preference. It's hard to make an objective judgement about having friends.
[while it's pretty much impossible to tell, there's some dry humour in that last comment]

Agreed. Though some are more capable of objectivity than others when friends are involved.

I don't think I've met anyone who can remain objective when it comes to their friends.
[Even Batman gets extra growly]
text; encrypted 80%;
Complete objectivity is difficult, but I think outside factors can effect the level, perhaps alter decisions.

I'll get right to that, then. It's been a pleasure, Agent Thirteen.

[it's only a tiny hint, Batgirl turned into initials, but she wants to give Peggy something, at least]
