Sooo I am guessing that popping up in this place is the norm here, right? So are the freebies, which are really nice of these guys to offer. I'm guessing that this isn't earth though, so I can't exactly IM a location.

Not that I have my phone with me. [Oh boy. Hopefully dad won't freak... or the guys... or--- yeah okay, hopefully no one notices. On the plus side, not the Reach. On the down side, not Earth either.]

Anyway, little warning for the guys I'm sharing a place with. Hi, I'm Traci, if you find a strange girl coming into your home, don't be weirded out okay? I swear I come in peace. I have a peace offering too!

But wow, this place is a lot different from where I've been. I even saw a feathered cow on the way. [Wait, hold on, getting derailed.] I-- oookay, I had a reason to chat on this thing. So hi again, nice to meet you all. Any chance a lovely person out there would be willing to give me a second tour of the place? And maybe a history lesson, since I think I got the basics down, but I'm most likely missing a ton of things I need to know.

That's about it, I think. Thanks for any help I could get.

It's not really a tourist zone, unless you want to see the the artwork. There are a lot of popular shops I could show you too.

Popular shops and artworks it is then. It's enough for a tourist spot for me, especially considering this place is far from the ones I've known.

It takes some getting used to, but it's really a nice place.

[ She leads the way to the nearest shop, one she found earlier that sells decorative house items. They have some lovely pottery. ]

Honestly can't say I want to get used to it. Pretty sure a lot of folks here miss home as is.

I'd say both. I've never seen patterns like this before, not even with the vastness of Earth. It's definitely unique.

We didn't have anything quite like it on Krypton. Not that I had seen, anyway.

Seems a little pricey to get for my first day though. [Not that... she can tell. Really.] Are there a lot of shops like this here?

You shouldn't start shopping your first day except for food and clothes. [ And with the turtle still not doing well, food is less of a shopping expenditure. ]

But there's plenty of places to window shop.

Clothes sound good though. Or at least, something else other than the ones on my back.

You'll have to go to Earth Sector for the best clothes. That's where most of the seamstresses are. [ She would take you now but you don't want to fly with her :c ]

How far is the Earth sector from here, exactly? [Not that she can't magic clothes on, but given the limited rations-- rather not use magic on the mundane until she can figure out how to increase that.]
